How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email shopcasapico@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

In your email, please include:

• Your order number
• The reason for your return
  

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In their original condition
  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Swimsuits and jewlery are FINAL SALE

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
